Understand every part of your feedback setup.
Start with the installation guide, then learn how a bubble is configured, delivered and connected to your private inbox.
Install the widget
Framework-specific setup for HTML, Next.js, React and WordPress.
Customize a bubble
Understand colours, icons, position, wording and enabled feedback types.
Security model
How approved origins, isolated rendering and widget sessions protect submissions.
Get support
Ask about an installation or report something that is not behaving correctly.
Core concept
Every bubble has a public site key.
The key tells Feedback Bubble which design and approved origin to load. It identifies configuration; it is not treated like a private API secret. Security comes from origin validation, short-lived sessions, validation and rate limits.
Configuration
Change the experience without replacing the script.
The installed script asks for the current configuration when a page loads. After you save a new colour, icon or piece of wording, future widget loads receive that version automatically.
Submissions
Messages arrive with useful page context.
The widget submits the selected category, plain-text message, page path, page URL and page title. It does not automatically read form fields or the private contents of the host page.
Inbox workflow
Review, filter and update each message.
New messages are marked unread. Opening one reveals its context and lets you move it to Open, In progress, Resolved or Archived.
