By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by JonsTech.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use Feedback Bubble only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the websites on which you install a widget.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Eligible new customers may receive one 14-day trial on yearly billing. A card is required, no payment is taken on the day the trial starts, and the yearly price shown at Checkout is charged automatically after 14 days unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends. The Standard plan includes up to five bubbles and 10,000 accepted submissions per calendar month. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing area. Access to paid features may continue until Stripe ends the trial or paid billing period, after which active widgets may be disabled.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of feedback and configuration content submitted to the service. You give us permission to process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for providing appropriate notices to your website visitors and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect their feedback.
Referral programme
Referral links are personal, non-transferable reward links and must not be used for self-referrals, misleading promotion or abuse. Invited monthly customers receive 50% off their first month; invited yearly customers receive one month-equivalent off their first year. A monthly referral qualifies after the invited customer pays their first full-price renewal, while a yearly referral qualifies after 31 active paid days. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible referrals do not earn a reward. Each qualified referral gives the referrer one non-cash free month matched to their own plan. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be revoked where the qualifying payment is later reversed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, collect highly sensitive information, send abusive traffic, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission or interfere with other customers. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service or its users.
Our software and branding
We retain all rights in Feedback Bubble, its software, design and branding. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If a material change negatively affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Feedback is normally retained for 12 months, while deleting a bubble or account queues its related application data for permanent deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, creates a security risk or fails to pay subscription charges. Sections that logically need to survive termination will continue to apply.
Liability
The service is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
