The Standard plan includes 10,000 accepted feedback submissions per calendar month. Your retained feedback remains available for 12 months and can be exported as JSON.

No. Like many publishable widget keys, it is visible in the website source. It identifies the bubble configuration; approved origins, temporary sessions, server validation and rate limits enforce the security boundary.

The selected feedback type, written message, page title, page path, full page URL and receiving bubble are stored. The standard widget does not scrape form entries or the private contents of the host page.

No. Feedback messages are rendered as plain text. We do not need to Base64-encode ordinary messages to prevent HTML execution.

Yes. You can change its accent colour, launcher icon, position, heading, supporting copy, message labels, privacy note, success message and enabled feedback types.

Paid access is synchronized from Stripe. When an active subscription reaches its end, the account loses paid dashboard access and its website bubbles stop loading as active widgets.

Yes. The launcher, feedback panel and installation script are designed to work across responsive desktop and mobile layouts.

Yes. An existing bubble can be paused from its editor without deleting its design, site key or previously collected feedback.
