Privacy policy

We collect the account details you provide, such as your name and email address. When you configure the service, we store your widget settings, approved website origins and subscription status.

When somebody uses a feedback widget, we receive the feedback they submit along with limited page context needed to make it useful, such as the page URL, feedback category and submission time. We may also process technical logs used to secure and operate the service.

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, display feedback, enforce website and subscription rules, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve Feedback Bubble. We do not sell personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment-card details under its own privacy policy. We also use trusted infrastructure providers, including Vercel, Convex and Cloudflare, to host the application and store application data or cached website icons. These providers process data only as needed to supply their services to us.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect your session and remember application preferences. We will update this policy and request consent where required before adding non-essential advertising or analytics cookies.

Website feedback is retained for 12 months from submission, then automatically deleted. When you delete a bubble or account it is disabled immediately and its related application data is queued for permanent deletion. Limited billing, security or legal records may be retained where required. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information connected to your account. Website owners are responsible for telling their own visitors how submitted feedback is handled and for responding to requests relating to that feedback.
