Turn moments on your website into useful feedback.

Ask for feedback close to the experience, keep the form short and preserve enough context to understand what the visitor was doing.

Why it works

Keep feedback close to the experience.

A short submission flow and useful automatic context make it easier for visitors to report something and for you to understand it.

01

Ask at the right moment

A persistent but unobtrusive launcher is available when a visitor notices something worth sharing.

02

Ask only what matters

Use clear categories and a plain message field instead of a long survey.

03

Keep feedback actionable

Page and technical context reduce the follow-up needed to understand a report.

Common questions

Useful details before you install.

Do visitors need an account to leave feedback?

No. Visitors submit directly through the website widget. If reply requests are enabled, they can optionally leave an email address.

What context is collected with a message?

Feedback includes the page URL, title and path plus bounded browser, operating-system, device and viewport details. Feedback Bubble does not scrape page content or form values.

How many websites can I connect?

The Standard plan supports up to five separately configured feedback bubbles in one inbox.

Start listening where the experience happens.

Create your first feedback bubble, match it to your website and install it with one script.
